Sometimes, to help resolve technical issues, our support engineers may require information about your system's current state and hardware configuration. Following a few simple steps will allow you to share this information with our technical support team quickly and easily.
Important! To protect your privacy, the Ina OS does not automatically collect or transmit any system or user data. Only you can initiate the process of creating and sending a system report. The report is generated as an archive file (.tar.gz) in an open format. Before sending, you can always review its contents to see exactly what information is included.
To create a system report in Ina OS there is a dedicated application for this purpose. To find it and create a report, go to the "Show Appendices" section. In the search window, enter SU Collect, there is an appropriate application.
Launch the application. A dialog box will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Yes" to proceed with generating the report.
Click “Show file”
Navigate to your home folder. The report file, named hw_report_su.tar.gz, will be saved directly in your Home folder.
Finally, send this report file (hw_report_su.tar.gz) to our support team. Please also include a brief description of the problem you are experiencing (e.g., "WiFi is not working").
- If you are communicating with us via chat, please upload or send the file through the chat interface.
- If you are contacting us via email, please attach the file to your email message.
